Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. International customers may be responsible for customs fees.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Fashion Swimsuit purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase must accompany return

Hygiene Notice: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Kids’ Swimwear (from our KIDS SWIMS collection)
  • Swim Bottoms (from our BOTTOMS collection)

These items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Submit Your Request: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]” and include:
    • Item name, size, and color
    • Reason for return/exchange
    • Confirmation that the item is in original condition
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely repackage items with all tags in original packaging. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you’re responsible until we receive the package.

  5. Processing: We’ll inspect items upon arrival and process your return/exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Information

  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timing: 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your return
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective/incorrect

Exchange Information

  • We’ll ship your replacement after processing your return
  • Price differences will be charged or refunded as needed
  • Standard shipping rates apply unless the original shipment was incorrect/defective

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged/defective item, email us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange a free return and replacement.

International Returns

For customers outside the US:

  • You’re responsible for any customs fees or return shipping costs
  • Mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • Refunds are issued in USD and may be affected by exchange rates
