At Fashion Swimsuit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium swimwear purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your items.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products:
- Kids’ Swimwear (from our KIDS SWIMS collection)
- Swim Bottoms (from our BOTTOMS collection)
These items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return & Exchange Process
- Submit Your Request: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all tags. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

- Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect your items and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Information
Once your return is approved and processed:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your return.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Exchange Information
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return.
- If the new item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference.
- If the new item costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
- Standard shipping rates apply for exchanges unless the original shipment was incorrect or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free return and replacement.
International Returns
For international customers (outside the US):
- You’re responsible for any customs fees or return shipping costs.
- We recommend marking the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges.
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
